Myopartner

Careers

Myopartner is a small team. We hire when we meet the right person, for work across capital, talent and dealflow.

Where you would work

Capital

Preparing companies for investors, and managing their relationships with the funds, family offices and lenders whose mandates fit.

Talent

Running retained searches and placing interim and fractional leaders, with particular depth in finance leadership.

Dealflow

Finding counterparties for acquisitions, provider mandates and partnerships, and introducing them when the timing is right.

Sales and business development

Building relationships with the funds, acquirers and founder-led businesses we work for.

Operations

Running the systems, records and processes behind every mandate.

Open roles

There are no open roles at the moment, and we welcome open applications.

How we hire

Four steps, the same for every role. We reply to every application.

  1. Apply

Send your CV or LinkedIn profile and a short note through the form below.

  2. First conversation

A call with the person who leads the area you applied for, about your experience and the work.

  3. Working session

A practical session on the kind of situation you would handle, so you can see the work and we can see how you approach it.

  4. Offer

We make offers in writing, subject to references and right-to-work checks.

Apply

We welcome applications from everyone, and we assess every application against the same criteria.

PDF or Word, up to 7 MB. We need a CV, a LinkedIn profile, or both.

If you need any adjustments to apply or interview, tell us here.

We use your application only to consider you for work at Myopartner, and delete it within 12 months if we do not hire you. See our privacy notice.
