Partnerships
We work alongside organisations whose clients need what we do, and whose expertise our clients need. Every partnership is agreed in writing, with clear terms on introductions, fees and confidentiality.

Who we partner with
Executive search and recruitment
Search companies and recruiters with candidates beyond their brief, or mandates outside their reach. We refer and share searches, with fees agreed before any names are shared.
Leadership advisers and coaches
Advisers who work with leadership teams and boards, and who often see first when a business needs new capital, new leaders or new partners.
Interim and fractional providers
Interim management companies and fractional networks, for when a client needs a leader sooner than a permanent search can deliver.
Corporate finance and M&A advisers
Advisers who run processes and advise on terms. We originate and introduce; they advise and execute.
Specialist providers
Contract manufacturers, research organisations and other specialists that deliver what our clients need next. We introduce companies with a live need, under a written introduction agreement.
Authorised organisations and placement agents
Organisations authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority, or registered as broker-dealers in the United States, which carry out any regulated activity a mandate requires.
Funds and family offices
Investors whose mandates we keep on record. They meet companies prepared for investors, acquisition candidates that fit their thesis, and leaders for the companies they back. For investors
Law and accounting practices
Practices that advise on transactions, fund formation and governance, and that meet clients who need capital, talent or counterparties.
Industry bodies and networks
Associations, accelerators and investor networks that bring together the companies, investors and leaders we work with.
How partnerships work
Referrals both ways
When a client needs something outside our lanes, we refer them to a partner, and partners do the same for us.
Shared mandates
Some mandates are delivered together, each organisation doing the part it does best, under one brief agreed with the client.
Terms in writing
Fees, credit for introductions and confidentiality are agreed in writing before any names are shared.
Across the three lanes
A situation that reaches us, from our own signals or from a partner, is checked for capital, talent and dealflow. Each need goes to whoever is best placed to meet it, us or another partner, and every introduction is recorded and followed through, so credit for it is never in doubt.
Propose a partnership
Tell us about your organisation and how you see us working together. We reply to every proposal.
