How we find them
Finance leadership is where our search work goes deepest. We keep a record of every finance leader we speak to and what each does best. Some are individual interim and fractional CFOs; others work through CFO firms that can cover a wider brief or a longer engagement.
When a brief comes in, we start from that record, assess candidates against what the business needs, and introduce the ones who fit, with context on both sides. We stay in touch with both after the appointment.
The same moment often needs more than a CFO. A business that has just changed hands may also need funding for what comes next and the partners to grow, which is why we work all three lanes.
